New Bathroom Installation

A second bathroom is being installed in the back of the church. Bathrooms in the school building will be accessible through the courtyard during Mass.

Sunday Mass Schedule

Our Mass schedule is as follows:

• 7:30am Low Mass
• 9:00am Low Mass
• 10:30 Low Mass
• 12:00 Low Mass
• 6:00pm Low Mass

The 9:00am Mass will continue to be livestreamed.

St. Jude Devotion

This Wednesday, July 15th, we will have our monthly St. Jude Devotion.

• 6pm Simple Adoration
• 7pm Low Mass
• Following Mass: Devotion prayers & veneration of relic

Pro Life Rosary

Following Mass this Saturday morning we will have our prolife rosary. Please join us in pray -ing for the protection of life.

Youth Group Meeting

On Saturday July 18th, from 6pm-9pm the Youth Group will be meeting for outdoor games & a farewell to seniors. For the event location and more information, contact Dawn Forbeck at forbecks@comcast.net

Please Stay Home if Sick

As we have said in past years, if you are sick it is not necessary to come to Mass. In such instances, it is an act of charity toward your fellow parishioners, especially those more susceptible to illness, to remain at home.

We will not be having our monthly meetings for Knights of the Altar or the Girls’ Sodality this month.

Diocesan Annual Campaign—Update

Our Diocesan Assessment this year is $14,630. Mater Dei must cover this amount. Anything in excess remains with Mater Dei. If you did not receive a pledge card in the mail you can donate online at https:// hbgdiocese.formstack.com/forms/dac. Thank you for your kindness towards Mater Dei!

A reminder of the diocesan directives we are following:

• Except in the case of children under 2 years of age and persons with health issues, masks are to be worn as face covering the entire time parishioners attend Mass or any other liturgical event in a parish, including sacramental Confession. They are not permitted to be lowered at any time while in the church except to receive Holy Communion. Those unable to wear a mask are asked to sit toward the back of the church.

• Social distancing is to be observed. The measure of 6 feet between individuals and family groups is to be maintained while seated and moving. Groups are not to gather outside of the church for social time. Face masks should be worn until a person has left the church property and distanced himself or herself from the other congregants.

• Sanitization of public spaces will continue to take place after every liturgical gathering in our churches.
