Coffee & Donuts

We will not have coffee and donuts downstairs in the social hall following the 10am Mass.

Talks on Shroud of Turin

On Fridays, March 20 & 27, Mater Dei Youth Group will host a soup and bread dinner in the social hall after Stations of the Cross and Mass. After dinner each week, Fr Killackey will give a 30 minute talk about the Shroud of Turin. All parishioners are invited and encouraged to attend.

Diocesan Annual Campaign

Pledge cards for the Diocesan Annual Campaign are in the back of the Church on the piano. There are blank cards available for those who do not have a printed card. Please fill out the pledge card and place it in the collection basket or mail it to the office. Our Diocesan Assessment this year is $14,630. The community must cover this amount. Anything in excess remains with Mater Dei, so thank you for your generosity!

Prolife Rosary

Following Mass on Saturday morning we will have our prolife rosary. Please join us in praying for the protection of life.

Knights of the Altar Meeting

The Knights of the Altar will meet not today.

St. Jude Devotion

This Wednesday, March 18, we will have our special St Jude devotion.

  • 6:00pm - Holy Hour with Benediction
  • 7:00pm - Low Mass with Hymns
  • Following Mass - Prayers & Litany to St. Jude & veneration of St. Jude relic

Sung Mass for the Feast of St. Joseph

This Thursday the Choristers will sing at the 7pm Sung Mass for the Feast of Saint Joseph. All are invited to a bread table in the social hall following Mass

Stations of the Cross

Stations of the Cross will be every Friday of Lent.

  • 5:00pm - Simple Adoration
  • 6:00pm - Stations of the Cross
  • 6:30pm - Low Mass

Hand Missal Class

For those interested, Fr. Killackey will hold one hand missal class in Classroom 3 on Sunday, March 22, after the 10am Mass.  The purpose of this class is to give the principles by which you can use your hand missal to follow along with what the priest says during the Mass.  If you have any questions, you can email Fr.
