Youth Group Meeting

On Saturday, February 20, the Youth Group will meet for Game Night from 6pm-9pm. Games will be followed by a talk by Father Eichman and the Rosary. The Youth Group is open to anyone age 13 - high school. For more information and to R.S.V.P. email forbecks@comcast.net.

Sung Vespers

Tonight at 5:30pm we will have Sung Vespers, followed by the 6pm Low Mass.

Young Adult Group Monthly Brunches and Bible Study

For any young adults (18-35) interested, the Mater Dei Young Adult Group meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month for brunch at the Squeaky Rail Diner (505 N Enola Rd, Enola, PA 17025)  around 1:40pm (after the 12noon Mass).  We will be meeting there today.  Also, any young adult of the parish is welcome to join a monthly virtual Genesis Bible study hosted by Fr. Killackey through Zoom.  These sessions meet on the 3rd Friday of each month from 8:15-9:00pm.  For more information, please email Fr. Killackey at fr.killackey@mater-deipa.com.

Giving Letters Sent

Letters with giving information for 2020 were sent out to parishioners on Friday, February 6. If you need one but haven’t received it, contact the office. Keep in mind the postal service is running behind.

St. Jude Devotion Moved

Because of Ash Wednesday, we will not have our St. Jude Devotion on the third Wednesday this month. Instead, we will have it the following week, February 24.

Ash Wednesday Schedule

On Ash Wednesday there will be 7am Low Mass and 7pm Sung Mass. There will be no 6:15am Mass on Ash Wednesday morning.

Pro Life Rosary

Following Mass this Saturday morning we will have our prolife rosary. Please join us in praying for the protection of life.

Mass Intentions Limit

Because of limited space left in our calendar, we are asking for a limit of 4 Mass intentions per parishioner for the remainder of the calendar year. Thank you!

SAHM Foundation- Opportunity for Financial Support

We were recently approached by the SAHM Foundation (Stay At Home Mothers). They are a foundation established to give financial support to young families. They are looking for:

  • Married families with at least three children.
  • At least one child under the age of six.
  • The mother has chosen to postpone working outside the home in order to raise her children.
  • Income levels will depend on the number of children living in the home.
