The Child Formation Program of Mater Dei is designed to educate and sanctify young Catholics by exposing them to the richness of the Faith and giving them the tools to more fully appreciate and benefit from it.
The Society of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is a ladies society whose purpose is to assist the entire Mater Dei Community in events that occur spontaneously throughout the year.
The St. Tarcisius Group gathers monthly to teach children how to meditate from an early age. Evenings include a short meditation guided by one of the priests, a family rosary and potluck dinner.
The boys assisting the priest at the Mass and other liturgical functions for the Mater Dei Community are all Knights of the Altar.
Mater Dei’s Holy Name Society carries out its mission in a variety of ways. First and foremost, it enhances the spiritual welfare of its members by group prayer, talks by its Chaplains, and an annual Day of Recollection.
The Youth Group provides a great place to socialize with others who share the same values while encouraging each other in spiritual growth.
