Coffee & Donuts - Please join us for Coffee and Donuts in the Social Hall following both today’s 8AM and the 10AM Masses.

All Saints Party – Siebert Park - On Sunday, October 29, we will have our All Saints Day Celebration at the Siebert Park Cabin in Camp Hill. Festivities start after the 10:00 am Mass. Altar Servers Raffle - Our Altar servers will be selling raffle tickets today and next Sunday after the Masses in the back of Church.  A drawing for a statue will then take place at the All Saints party on October 29.  Proceeds will be used for a recreational activity for our Altar Servers.  This is a small way we show our  gratitude and appreciation to our servers. 

Coffee Donuts Clean-up - Please sign up to help clean the social hall afterwards Coffee/Donuts on Sunday.  Clean-up begins around 12:15pm and takes approximately 25 minutes.  A list of duties, and sign up sheet are located in the social hall.  You can sign up for one week or multiple weeks.  Thanks for sacrificing a little bit of your day.

 RB’s Barbershop - Benefits Mater Dei - Mater Dei parishioner, Robert Walk, has generously offered that anyone who mentions Mater Dei during their haircut with him will have their payment go straight back to Mater Dei.  Robert, who goes by "RB," is the owner/sole barber at RB's Barbershop in Marysville, PA at 111 Valley St. Ext.  Walk-ins are preferred.  Hours can be found at the shop's Facebook page: www.facebook.com/BarberRB2015  Phone: 717.576.8205

Rosary for the Unborn - Following 9am Mass on Saturday,  October 21, we will pray the Rosary in front of the former Hillcrest abortuary, 2709 N. Front St. Harrisburg, PA.  Our Priest will lead us in prayer.  We pray on the 3rd Saturday of each month for the protection of the unborn.  Please join us.  Contact: panisangelicus46@gmail.com

Food for the Needy—Thanksgiving - Grocery bags with a list of items needed by Silence of Mary for their Thanksgiving food distribution will be available after Mass on October 22nd.  Items needed for Thanksgiving dinners are instant potatoes & sweet potatoes, stuffing, canned yams, canned vegetables & cranberry sauce, gravy in jars or packets, and brown sugar in boxes.  Please take a bag and bring it back filled with items on the list either on October 29th or November 5th.  Thank you in advance for your charity.

Today’s Mass in Honor of Our Lady of Fatima - At Bishop Gainer’s direction, we will offer the votive Mass of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at each Mass today and consecrate our church to the patronage of Our Lady of Fatima.

High Mass Wednesday - 29th Anniversary of Founding of FSSP - The feast of St Luke this Wednesday is also the anniversary of the founding of the FSSP.  We will have a Sung Mass at 7:30pm.

All Souls Day Novena Envelopes - “All Souls Day” envelopes are in the back of church for the All Souls Novena of Masses on November 2-10.  Put envelopes in collection basket by October  29.

 Adult Convert / Adult Confirmation - Any adults interested in coming into the Catholic Church or receiving Confirmation and for those interested in brushing up on their Faith; Adult Catechism classes will be every other week at 7pm in the social hall.  Next Class date: This Thursday, October 26.

 Catechism—1st Day of Classes - Today is the first day of catechism classes.  Students will report to the social hall at 9:10AM.  From there they will be led to their classrooms by their teachers.

 Oktoberfest Youth Group - Our next Youth Group event will be Oktoberfest on October 21, 6–9pm at the Forbeck home.  In addition to games, food, and our talk by Father Eichman, we hope to have a surprise entertainer and a bonfire.  Young Adults Next Friday - Our young adults will meet next Friday, October 20, after the evening Mass for a potluck dinner.  For more information contact Fr. Franco at fr.franco@materdeipa.com

 Mission Sunday 2nd Collection - Next Sunday there will be a diocesan second collection for World Mission Sunday.  Funds go toward assisting young dioceses in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Pacific Islands.
