Seminarians from Mater Dei - This week, two young men from Mater Dei returned to Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Denton, NE to begin their second year of formation.  Please keep them in your prayers.  Our “Seminary Burse” collection taken every 2nd Sunday of the month goes toward their tuition.  The cost of formation for each seminarian is around $25,000 per year.  Thank you for your generous support for this burse over the past year.

Children Supervision - Parents with children please note: the upper floor of the school building is off limits to all except for students while attending their catechism class on that floor.  Also, while we strive to make the church a safe environment for children, we are in the midst of a busy city with transients frequently walking down the street and alleys surrounding St. Lawrence.  Do not leave your young children unsupervised, either inside the church/school building or outside.  Recently, children have been seen roaming the school building without adult supervision, and young children have been seen walking down the alley to and from the coffee social without the accompaniment of an adult (or responsible older sibling).  Direct any questions to Fr. Eichman.

Online Giving Now Available - You can now donate to Mater Dei online.  Go to our homepage at MaterDeiPA.com and click on “Donate.”  This is a very  easy and convenient way to make your weekly contributions.  You can make one time gifts or set up recurring gifts.
