Coffee & Donuts - Please join us for Coffee and Donuts in the Social Hall following  the 10AM Masses this morning.

Solemn High Mass Today - Today’s 10am Mass will be a Solemn High Mass.  Confessions will end at 9:50am.

Vespers Tonight - Vespers and Exposition with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will be tonight from 5:30pm–6:30pm.  Sheets will be provided for all to follow along.  We have Vespers every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.

2nd Collection Today - Hurricane Irma Relief - Today, there will be a second collection to assist the millions of persons affected by the devastating weather of Hurricane Irma through the humanitarian and recovery efforts of Catholic Charities and pastoral and rebuilding support to impacted dioceses.

Catechism Class Registration - Children’s Catechism registration was last week.  A mandatory parent meeting will be on October 8 between the Masses.  The first day of classes is October 15.  If you would still like to register contact the church office as soon as possible.

Fall—Men’s Recollection - The Holy Name Society will be sponsoring a Men’s Morning of Recollection given by Fr. Saguto, FSSP on Saturday, October 7, 2017.

The Morning of Recollection will be open to all men including non-parishioners and will include a conference by Fr. Saguto, time for adoration and confessions, and a Rosary walk.

For more information, please contact Tom Szymanik at 717-993-2852.  Registration will be held on September 24th and October 1st after the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Masses at St Lawrence. The recommended donation for this special day is $20 which includes breakfast and refreshments.

100th Anniversary of Fatima Rosary Rally – October 14 - On Saturday, October 14, at 11:30AM we will commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Mary’s appearance at Fatima, Portugal in 1917.  All will assemble in the front of St. Lawrence Church and process to Front Street for the recitation of the Rosary.  After the Rosary there will be a sermon followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament in St. Lawrence.  In case of inclement weather, all will take place inside the church.

Adult Convert / Adult Confirmation - Begins September 28 - Any adults interested in coming into the Catholic Church or receiving Confirmation and for those interested in brushing up on their Faith; Adult Catechism classes will be every other week begin on Thursday, September 28th at 7pm in the social hall.  Please contact Fr. Franco at ext. 3 to sign up or for more information.

 St. Tarcisius Meeting  - Our next St. Tarcisius Meeting is Saturday, October 7 at 5:00pm.  The group is for children ages 5 – 12 and meets monthly in order to train the children to meditate.  Each meeting includes a short, priest led meditation, the rosary, and a potluck dinner.

Meal Train - Looking for More Volunteers - Calling all those who want to grow in love of neighbor! We are starting a meal train for those in our parish who need meals - new mommas, those in an emergency, etc. If you are interested in helping cook occasionally or know someone who needs help, please e-mail Alyssa Showers at pianoteacher87@gmail.com

Regina Caeli Academy - Information Session - Anyone interested is invited to learn more about RCA's hybrid, two-day-a-week, classical homeschool program in the Catholic tradition on Saturday, September 30, 7-9pm at Mary Mother of the Church, 625 Union School Rd, Mount Joy, PA 17552.
